what kind of yoga do you teach? is always the question. the simplest answer is: come see for yourself. :)
this is an alignment-based practice that serves as a safe and challenging avenue for personal growth and discovery. it is for those looking to lean into their own strength and spaciousness, to grow their capacity for focus and deep listening, and to develop a relationship to their bodies and the world around them that is healthy and playful.
each and every pose, every breath, every transition seeks to integrate the body into a more cohesive, more functional whole. this is not about forcing your body to an external shape, but about using the shapes as tools, as medicine, to access increased mobility, a balanced bodily experience, and a space to drop into deeper surrender to what is.
the brave and beautiful humans who come to home yoga saigon range from absolute beginners to seasoned yogis and even other yoga teachers. some take a combination of private sessions and group classes, others just come once in a while for a tuneup. we are a multicultural, diverse group of people of all ages. what we share is a thirst for personal transformation. i'm so blessed to have manifested a group of encouraging, supportive, playful people whose generosity of spirit makes everyone who participates feel welcome.
